Here is Russ Stovall's Elk River fishing report, just in time for the Memorial Weekend. Rivers are low because of the lack of spring rains this year but the water is still wet and cool and perfect for a float and fish. Hear Russ's full report by clicking HERE.

we went over to grand lake and fished one evening caught crappies, white bass and a couple catfish
