Members Jayvee Posted June 16, 2012 Members Posted June 16, 2012 I usually have real good luck with catfish over by where they release the water. Next to the OLD boat-launch ramp. I swear by this location because every time i go there i always catch something. Caught a whitebass (using minnows) in that same area, a Walleye (white rooster tail) in that area, and lots of catfish there (granted you can avoid the bluegills there. I hate them when they steal of my Liver or nights. I usually rig it with pantyhose) Small and good size. My wife and i love that area. I like going there more than where the bridge is. Also i found a new spot for LMB fishing. Its in between the Marine and where the Gazebo is. I don't have a boat, so i try to hit every single shore i can at fellows. Those, so far are among the best spots (i'm sure theres a lot more) that i enjoy fishing at. enjoy! Jv Wifes first time fishing. small wall, released it decent WB, ate it LOL all in the same week
Members jaskea8 Posted June 18, 2012 Members Posted June 18, 2012 I have been EVERYWHERE on Fellow's Lake (I do not have a boat so i bank fish) and I can honestly say I have not caught 1 fish. There is a good location off County 183 road but it is blocked off and illegal to fish that side? ... I am about to give up fishing lol. Any suggestions?
