oneshot Posted May 29, 2012 Posted May 29, 2012 Oneshot, u been fishin the Niangua any? This trip we're gonna try to venture outside the park. Any tips for a first timer on The Niangua? Be early basically there is 3 Holes.Right below 64HWY Bridge, there is a riffle then Little Hole that runs along the Bank.Next on down below Canoe Launch, riffle then Hole there. Then go below the Boat Ramp,Hole there just before you get to the Little Island. If it gets too crowded with Aluminum Hatch you can either go back to the Park or go on down stream to Barclay. If you go West on 64HWY there is a sign pointing towards Barclay.Go on past NRO couple miles you will see Yellow Conservation Signs on your right,as matter fact I think it is the first road on your right.Follow it on down to the river, there is Parking Lot and Ramp. You will see a trail running Upstream,it will take you to a riffle which is Good. Stop by Weavers just outside the Park on 64HWY they will help you as to what is working on the river. Hope this Helps. Oh if you see this Guy down there tell him his Dad said to get to work.LOL oneshot
