A beautiul day to be on the river, though it rained the first half hour. Arrived at Bennett Access 5:45 am and on the river in the kayak at 6. Started off slow but finally found my first two trout about a mile downstream. The Flyrod was working for me on this day. Caught 9 trout, with 3 of them a little under 15". All rainbows today, no browns. Last 2 trout caught were just to the left of "NRO" island. Only saw about 25 other canoes all day. I like NRO's new shuttle service. Just show up and they take you back up river for $25.

I'm sure my Friends at Adventures will do the same,always have in the past.

Glad you had a Good day on the river.Have I told you that was where I was Reborn and that's were my Ashes will go when I die? Should make fishing Good.LOL
