Wayne SW/MO Posted July 23, 2012 Posted July 23, 2012 If you go riveted Lowe runs a double offset row, unless they've changed. Leaking was very rare. Some are using MIG now to weld hulls and it's hard to keep them from seeping. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.

Guest Brian B. Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 I have owned two welded boats, one riveted Lowe... I'll take a slow seep at a rivet or three vs welds cracking. Welded boats are highly over-rated for truly rough white cap condition water IMO. +1 for riveted
