Members hambandit Posted June 30, 2012 Members Posted June 30, 2012 A buddy and I are going somewhere tomorrow morning and were thinking of running this stretch. Is it doable in a kayak without walking the whole way?
TSmith Posted June 30, 2012 Posted June 30, 2012 Sad to say it gets very shallow. Iv been out there every week since Summer and we fish green bridge (both up and down stream) and you have to get out a lot and there is a lot of dragging even in kayaks... I believe that fishing is usually better when there is a full moon. People are more crazy when there is a full moon. Thank God He made fish the way He did so I can have better fishing when people are crazier than normal.
TSmith Posted June 30, 2012 Posted June 30, 2012 However, it is doable. Just expect to get out a few times. I believe that fishing is usually better when there is a full moon. RSBreth Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 It's not like you'll have to get out and portage a mile or something, but you will have to get out and pull over some real skinny riffles. We need some rain.
