Walcrabass
What I want to know is where are the Bass Fishing reports from "Skeeter", "Zarraspook" , and the rest of the gang. The fishing can't possibly be so bad that one of you guys doesn't have something to report.
zarraspook
The bass and I have a hard time connecting when the temp is in the triple digits.... The bass will not come into my a/c'd living room !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The last time I was out ( last week of june ) from daybreak till 0900hrs I caught 4 short bass and 3 drum.... Bassmaster21
Went last Sunday morning and caught 10 largemouth on spinner baits in 15-20 feet of water near the tree stick ups.
Dutch
I was out this week and caught only 5. They were on spinnerbaits and crankbaits in 2 fow. Probably made 1000 casts for those 5 fish.

Skeeter ZX190
I went out Thursday afternoon, July 19th. Got on the water around 4:00 p.m. and fished until 9:30 p.m. I caught 14 fish, all shorts. 2 were smallies and the rest largemouth and spots. Most of them were caught on main lake points on a blue fleck power worm. Caught a 14 1/2 smallie on a zara spook about sundown in about a foot of water. The heat was unbearable. I went through 84 ounces of gatorade. I was shocked at how hot it was. Early in the spring when the air temp warms up and you are cruising across the lake and you will hit pockets of cold air from the water. Well today you hit pockets that felt like a blast furnace. And that was after the sun went down!
