For sale is a 8' 5wt rod built on a McFarland blem blank. I stripped the paint off and applied finish over the natural glass blank - it ended up being a nice old looking matte finish that I really like.

The rods casts a range of 5 & 6 weight lines really well.

Details:

Dark red silk wraps over Snake Brand Universal guides and a Mildrum stripper. Flor grade cork with Struble black aluminum D-2 hardware.

Includes rod bag (shown) and mill finish aluminum tube.
