troutgnat Posted September 6, 2012 Posted September 6, 2012 Gentlemen, I have the following Minolta package for sale. If you've ever read any reviews on the Minolta XG-1 35mm's they were in a class of their own. They are still cherished to this day as one of the best and still used highly in the 35mm field. I used this primarily in college for some photography courses and some amateur work afterward. The only reason I'm selling this package is that I've succumed to the corporate life and do not have the time to keep up with photography. What time I have I'd rather be on the water fishing and this camera is not going in the boat with me. DID I MENTION THERE ARE 2 MINOLTA XG-1 35MM CAMERAS WITH THIS PACKAGE!!! Trust me you are getting a real gem here. All the lenses and filters are near 100% mint condition. The camera's are an honest 90%. Everything is capped on both ends! The whole set-up was always kept cleaned and cased as a professional would!!! 35 MM Minolta Package Contents list: -(2) Minolta 35 MMXG-1 cameras w/ lens, straps and lens covers! -The following extra lens's: *MD Minolta Celtic 200mm 1:4 *Minolta RF Rokkor-X 250mm 1:5.6 *Minolta MD Tele Rokkor-X 135mm 1:3.5 *Auto Tamron 28mm 1:28 -The following lens filters: *Hoya 49mm Diffuser *Hoya 49mm Skylight 1B *Hoya 49mm UV *Asanuma 55mm Skylight 1A *Promaster Spectrum 7 49mm Polarizer *Promaster Spectrum 7 49mm 1A *Promaster Spectrum 7 49mm +4 *Case for the filters -Tundra light meter with case -Vivitar Auto Thyristor 2600-D flash -Flash Bar -4 rolls film -cloth lens wipe -Cannon padded camera bag ***The above package has only had one owner, ME! It was primarily used for college photography course and some amateur work afterwards. It has been well care for, always cased and cleaned like a professional. EVERYTHING WORKS! The lenses and filters are darn near 100% mint condition, I'm saying the camera's are a solid 90%. All products were made in Japan. Shoot me a PM if your interested and I will return contact. Thanks, Darren. Darren Sadler "Fishing is an Education...Often the fish 'school' me, yet I do not complain. I just keep going to class!"
ness Posted September 6, 2012 Posted September 6, 2012 I've got an XD11 (old logo, like the one on the right in the picture) and a couple X700's down in the basement. A few good Rokkor lenses, some junk ones too, plus accessories. XD11 belonged to my dad, X700s are mine. I can't seem part with them, but I can't see myself dragging them out either. They are good cameras -- Minolta was a great company back in the day. KEH camera does a pretty brisk business in used equipment, and they're good to deal with if you don't get any takers here. John
