I sent my rod out by UPS on Thursday 9/6 and yesterday when I got home, there was a nice un-broken 4 wt waiting for me. So only 7 days including transit time to turn this around. That's just amazing. I will gladly purchase another rod from them, and hopefully later this year I'll pick up a 6wt from them if I save my lunch money. I have a 9 1/2' BVK 7wt and it's the sweetest rod I have. I don't have a Sage, but I do have some older Scott's and Orvis to compare to. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
drew03cmc Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 9-1/2'? darn, that is a long rod. I don't care for anything over 8' to be honest with you and glass just has that IT factor, IMO. The heaviest graphite rod I have fished and actually enjoyed it was an 8.5' 5wt, that I fished with a 6wt line. Andy

10pointer Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 Just got my 9wt ticr-x back. Sent it out wednesday and it was waiting for me when i got home monday. One of the fastest turn around times ive seen....and ive broken alot of other rods from other companies. Cant beat TFO. Best bang for the buck in the business. Now all they need is a high end rod!
