Jack Jones Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 I got there about 3:30 and fished right below the dam, near the bridge. Tried cracklebacks, which usually work great for me at Bennett. Not today. Switched to buggers and took one on an olive bugger. Most of my success came on zebra midges and brassies size 18 and lower under an indicator. Pulled in about a dozen but nothing of size. Most were between 8 and 12 inch. One was practically a fry, measuring about 4 or 5 inches. I did find out the part of my waders that I Shoe Gooed a few weeks ago is again. Slower but still letting water through. Right at the crotch too, lol. Going to try and go again Friday afternoon. May not have time to re-seal but heck, a wet cold crotch is so worth it!!! Jack Jones Posted September 26, 2012 Author Posted September 26, 2012 I'm not there often enough to really gauge it. The water appeared fine, not too low where I was. I was wading down near the first bridge/dam and i was in a good 3 1/2 ft of water.
