Jeb and I fished it yesterday, we caught short of 30 bass, several in the 2.5-3.5 lb. range. Curly tailed worms have been working for us. I suggest if you're going Saturday to get there early, yesterday the parking lot filled up by late morning. The lake is getting a lot of pressure this year, seems to be more boats out there than normal.

I think the tournament series they started on that lake last year fires up again this weekend, too. So the fish are likely to be pounded by Sunday.

I personally don't think they should have started an every other weekend tournament on a lake that small. I'm not anti-tourney, but it's such a small lake that a tourney really can crowd the recreational fisherman.

EDIT: I was wrong on the tourney start date. The first one is not until Dec 8th. Sorry about that.
