Tell Me About Fellows

Hi all

Would someone please tell me about Fellows? I know about motor restriction and you cant fish east of the bridge-the shallower area. But I seen a sign at the dock that said you coulnt boat west of the dock untill 1 pm? whats that about? Also you cant fish dust-the best time to fish? What happens if your late and they lock you in? does anyone fish later than 4;45 pm?

The south arm is closed til 1:00 during duck season. Also, there always been a sign at the ramp telling you the closing time. It is usually sundown.
