Members fishfeeder Posted December 18, 2012 Members Posted December 18, 2012 Any suggestions for preventing the guides from icing up if cold enough? Stay home? Haven't been fishing very long, and last winter never got cold enough to be a problem. thanks in advance.

Ill Trout Bum Posted December 19, 2012 Posted December 19, 2012 Loon Outdoors makes a product called Stanley's ice-off paste. I have used it for several years and it does work. I have found that for best results, repeated applications throughout the day are necessary, but it will keep ice out of your guides. Scott
