NoLuck Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 Jerry I believe that piece of rope is what's left of a rope that used to be the boundary to how far you were allowed to go in. People were there diving when my brother and I went down the Sunday before the new year. As low as the flow was it should be easier to dive I would think.
rcguy Posted January 8, 2013 Author Posted January 8, 2013 No luck, I think you are correct about the rope. This might have been taken while you were there. He did not say exactly when he took it. I'll ask the next time he comes into work here. He is salesman that calls on me once in awhile.

Wayne SW/MO Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 I did a search, but couldn't come up with the information on the official dives. The spring is nothing like it was decades ago. At one time it literally boiled and you really couldn't fish far from the edge. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
