Lifes2Short Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 Fished from 9:00 to 4:00 today, water temp was 40/41, wind out of the SE @ 15. Didn't have a fish in the boat, let alone a bite until 1:00. Partner & I ended up catching about a dozen, 5 keepers that would have gone 13#'s. Also had two of those toothy fish, one was 36" and the other was 25"...they hammered the jerkbait. Caught most of the bass on jerbaits in 3 to 10 feet of water on a windy, timbered point. The biggest keeper came on a swimbait and caught a couple on the 4" finess worm on the shakey-head.
Members stickbait Posted February 8, 2013 Members Posted February 8, 2013 sounds like interesting afternoon.
