dtrs5kprs Posted April 5, 2013 Posted April 5, 2013 What size boat? Might be a stretch for some rigs without more water. Aluminum maybe.
dtrs5kprs Posted April 5, 2013 Posted April 5, 2013 Also depends on what you think you can manage I suppose. Have put Rangers in over the side of flooded ditches, face of a dam (small lake not yet completed in IA), awful places along the Mississippi, flat banks during the high water at TR in '08 and '11. Not everyone would want to.
BATCAB27 Posted April 5, 2013 Posted April 5, 2013 I would say that you "could" do it. It may get a little dicey trying to get back to the ramp depending on water level. If it were me I would put in a Walnut Springs and run up.
dtrs5kprs Posted April 5, 2013 Posted April 5, 2013 I wouldn't. Think that is more tin boat country. Maybe with more water.
