Crappie Around Cape Fair?

My local crappie club is fishing out of Cape Fair Saturday morning. i was wondering if anyone has done any good in that area in the last week and if the crappie are up on the banks yet. im not sure which direction to go whether stay around Bridge Port or either head up the flat or the james. Any reports would be greatly appreciated cause i primarily wish Stockton and its been awhile since I've fished the Cape Fair area but i do know the area very well just been a couple years since I've fished it.

a friend of mine caught a limit about a week ago around point 15 in 10-15' of water around the trees sticking up using jigs and minnows.

I caught a nice bunch yesterday up Flat creek above the bridge, all were holding tight to wood cover. I did catch 3 or 4 off the bank, but there just not really there yet for me. Minnows provided the best bite.

thnx for the reports, yea bob i think with this next little front moving thru i dont seeing them moving to the banks im gonna try fishing in 10 to 12 foot of water just off the spawning banks. even if the males moved up the big females will still be staged off the banks.
