Morning All,

Spent 4 hours around State Park and then pulled the boat out and put her back in at Mutton Crrek for some afternoon fishing. Water around State Park was 44 to 47 and around the Mutton area I found up to 52 degrees in the back of coves. Beautiful clear day wtih little wind in the AM and pretty breezy from the south in the afternoon. It was a real Heinz 57 type of day. Caught the bass in both areas on Warts, blades, jigs, jerks, finess, and a-rigs. Found fish on deep main lake points, 3/4 of the way back into coves on channel-swing banks, and clear in the back of a cove on timber. You would have thought I would have caught a ton of fish over 10 hours but I think I only had about 15 with 5 that would have kept for roughly 10 pounds. Did I figure out the pattern, hell no, must me that time of year. Going to head back up Tuesday if I can get the work schedule figured out, any one want to pitch in for some fuel and go with? Todd

Life's way too short not to fish!
