stuartsx5 Posted April 24, 2013 Posted April 24, 2013 Thanks. I thought that is what it would be but I wasn't sure. By the way, like your screen name, that is my favorite thing to fish in my pond with in the hot summer time. Never fails. Earl Stuart fishin is livin
zarraspook Posted April 24, 2013 Posted April 24, 2013 I have been fishing the "spook" for 50+ years and carry around 18-20 of them in different sizes and colors.. But, I catch the most bass on the two classics red&white and the frog..... "Look up OPTIMIST in the dictionary - there is a picture of a fishing boat being launched"
stuartsx5 Posted April 25, 2013 Posted April 25, 2013 That top water bite on those is one of the greatest. When my son was too young to cast it I would cast one out on the pond, jerk it twice and they would hit it. Then I would hand the pole to my son and he would reel it in. He's 16 now and can cast his own but I sure miss those times. Earl Stuart fishin is livin
