Members ENVIUS Posted May 14, 2013 Members Posted May 14, 2013 Im planning a family camping \ float trip for the end of the month. Im planning on floating a trip i took last year from Big Rock to Sugar Island. We attempted this float in Mid June...it was half walk half float lol. So with the extra rain we have had this spring im assuming the float will go much better. But with that said im concerned about any log jams or any other hazards in the water. My kids are 7 and 8 and love to float so im just looking for any extra info i can get before taking them down the river. Any info would be appreciated.
ollie Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 Check with Russ at Hog Heaven. He will know and if he doesn't it wouldn't take him long to find out. I haven't floated it yet this year, but the low water bridge isn't there anymore so that's one hazard you won't have to worry about. ollie Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Bobtu, refer to the pic I posted in another thread on here. It's not gone per say, but been redone.
