Electric fish barrier is the answer to invasive Silver Carp and BigHead Carp.

Not sure what your showing other than a lot of dinner floating on the water but Electric barriers are a JOKE. They installed them in the So-cal lakes to stop Stripers from getting in them, Didn't work so well especially if any are already upstream.
