jdmidwest Posted May 31, 2013 Author Posted May 31, 2013 Found and fixed the problem. Checked the polarity on the jack at the front of the boat. Somewhere between the battery and the jack, the polarity is reversed. Switched the wires around on the motor and things should work fine now. jdmidwest Posted June 3, 2013 Author Posted June 3, 2013 That really did the trick. Motor will pull the boat up on plane now. No jerky motion. Foot pedal is centered and you don't have to fight it.
