Don't Want To Re-Registar For A New Account? What To Do

I had my account info saved (I thought!!) in a couple of different spots. But with a move, a new cell phone, and a dead computer all was lost in a couple month span. I really don't want to registar for a new account, but will if I have to. I lost all the login info and have also changed to a new email address so when I sign in for password recovery I know it goes to my old email. I just found the facebook login yesterday and got it to work today. A long way around the question I know, but how do I update everything?? Can i do it now that I'm logged in with facebook and if so how?

I still get to view all the info, but cannot reply and was at the rock last weekend and had a good time with the CPAA. Thanks in advance.
