fishinSWMO Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 Took the kids floating on a couple new stretches and found lots of log jambs. Was hoping with all the high water recently it would have flushed them out. Getting a bunch more rain now, probably make them worse. Here's a pic of one that looked hard but actually went really easy. Jeremy Dodson
ollie Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 Have you seen any pics from Joplin? Flooding on rangeline and on 4th under the RR tracks. LOTS of rain. "you can always beat the keeper, but you can never beat the post" There are only three things in life that are certain : death, taxes, and the wind blowing at Capps Creek!
fishinSWMO Posted June 16, 2013 Author Posted June 16, 2013 I saw those. My parents live in Joplin and sent me some pics of their back yard flooded like never before. The creeks and rivers were just getting nice again. Jeremy Dodson
Buzz Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 Where were those pictures taken Jeremy? The last one looks familiar, but I can't be sure. If fishing was easy it would be called catching.
fishinSWMO Posted June 16, 2013 Author Posted June 16, 2013 That one was in Lawrence county on spring. Jeremy Dodson
