Need A White Bass Advice For Lake Carlyle

Henkels is reporting that the white bass bite is on. I'm going this weekend and fishing from the bank (on the lake). If anyone wants to go, drop me a PM. Any advice is welcome as I've never done this before.

I made some inlines with silver body, silver blade with black highlights, a large chartuse bead, and a three inch white curly tail. My plan is fish the east side of the darn and up east bank unless the wind is blowing to the west. I might fish the spillway, but it isn't really my favorite place.

I also have some small rattle traps. I'm going to take of the front hook and add a spinner.

Thoughts welcome.
