A Lake Near Mattoon Or Effingham Il

Hey guys anybody know or got a connection up there. I'm looking for a lake to drop a basscat in for a guy to do a test ride and drive. Dont have to be big (as I see none per goggle). Just needs to be big enough i can start and run the big motor.
