LittleRedFisherman Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 Man, I've got to work this weekend, but i'd love to go to the place at Hardy this weekend. Saw these pics today from that area, the colors are beautiful this year, gosh I love this region, my favorite place in the world! Oh how i'd love to do one of those overnight floats to, but it's harvest time, my only payday of the year, and it's a late crop... There's no such thing, as a bad day fishing!
Pepe Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 Thanks for the pictures. We did a lot of running around today and I kept thanking God that she granted me the privilege of being in the Ozarks. Absolutely stunning.
WHARFRAT Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 NICE! Seems really late this year. @lozcrappie

jdmidwest Posted November 2, 2013 Posted November 2, 2013 I took the drive back from Montauk on Monday a little early to enjoy the colors, winding back thru Bunker and Lesterville. Hickory and sumac was good, the oaks were not much. I was a little early. Later in the week here and a little rain really brought out the color. My pin oaks actually have some color now. Hard rain and some windy hail brought down a lot of leaves last night. "Life has become immeasurably better since I have been forced to stop taking it seriously." — Hunter S. Thompson
