1988 15' Alum Boat W/1985 Honda 9.9 Motor Storm Damaged Boat

Posting this for a friend at work, I have never seen this boat in person so please contact her with further questions. This is what she gave me:

1988 Boat, 14' 10" that was flipped over in a lagoon during a tornado. Boat was stripped to clean up and restore but the restoration never got done. Also will need new wiring.

1985 Honda Motor 9.9 horse, she is unsure if this runs.
