Yep resident for sure it was banded in Branson West and was to young to fly when banded in 2012. Lots of big geese I usually don't persue them but this one was wounded so we took care of it.

Well there are probably a few Table Rock and Taney resorts that will thank you.

LMAO, Wayne they might but I am seeing a developing problem lately, been thinking of a topic on it but this thread is perfect.

I am seeing more and more new home owners on the lakes and they think the Birds and Deer are their personal pets and property. I had one yell at me a few weeks back for shooting some I just ignored him as I was legal and didn't feel like arguing that day when the dumb birds only flew a few hundred feet so the option of popping the last bird was there if I didn't play with the numb nuts home owner.

I Know we have a few members here trying to work the angle with the press and that would be great but I really think ACE and the state DNR needs to step up and at bare minimum send out a letter to lake residents and let them know the laws. I have one spot on Beaver the residents call when the geese are there and I go shoot them. They had a new person move in who through a fit about it to bad for him he lived across the street and couldn't do much the residents apparently handled it with him ok I know they did and what they did to say it nice he had more goose poop in his yard and driveway and car then I have ever seen and this year not one word has been said lol.

I think a lot of "Danger Zone" is coming from Yankies and lord I hate to say it but Californians moving here who have never lived in the country a day in their lives. I know of a couple who complained about people shooting deer even and how it shouldn't be allowed.

My kids used to vacation at a TR resort on Indian every summer and at times it was like walking through a barnyard.
