Is there a place in town that opens early so one could get breakfast on the way to do some fishing? I know there used to be a Fox Café but don't know if it is still there or not.

Any help appreciated.

there's a BBQ place on the right a little ways before you get to the 3 way. Parking lot is always full in the mornings when we go by. Not sure what kind of breakfast it is. Then there's always Mickey D's. Fox was a Mex place but don't know now.

You buying???

Yep. I'm buying for Bear and I. I'll also buy for you and Ralph if you want to join us. It'll be Sun. am but I don't do well on the golden arches stuff. We may have to stop in Ozark at something like Waffle House. That place just before Kissee Mills Jct scares me for breakfast. Big Y and Chuck used to eat there and I could smell them from a long ways when they got to the dock.

nxs is talking about Charley's, it's on the left immediately after turning right at the 4 way. Charley's probably has a web site with the hours.

I believe Daddy O's BBQ also has breakfast now. It's on the right about halfway through town.

There is a donut/etc. place on the left just past O'Riley's in the new building that has some items. there's a place between it and 'ORiley's that has food, but I'm not sure about breakfast or quality.

Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.

Thanks Wayne. I have eaten at Charley's but never for breakfast. I didn't know that they were open that early.

By the way, I don't think the restaurant before the junction is open for breakfast anymore. I think it's lunch and dinner, Tu-Sa.

I screwed up on the Daddy o's , it's Two Fat Daddy's! They open at 7AM.

Thanks again. I called Charley's and they are open at 0700. That should be perfect as it takes over an hour to get there.

Guess I missed out on the free eats. We'll be out cutting wood seems like about the 40th cord for this winter.

I didn't mention Charley's cause the wife and I eat there one time and there were so many fly's in there I thought we were back in the milk barn. Course that shouldn't be a problem right now.

As with most places down there parking can be a problem with pickups and boat trailers.

That other place is hardly ever open anymore so you should be safe!

I let the weather guesser talk me out of going today. 35 mph wind gusts wouldn't be much fun with the cooler temps. They haven't happened yet but it is picking up outside. Come on spring.
