Fished at and below Taylor this morning at around 10. Very cold low water, no fish.

End of the week I hope some will begun to bite! the water looks very low in the picture, I wonder how much Saturday's rain helped?

By Sunday noon there was no really noticeable change. Still cold, low and clear.

Thinking about picking up my dad and trying it at the old iron bridge tomorrow, its a ways for me to drive and I know its probably a little early, but then again it wouldn't be the first time I've had to stop at grocery store on way home from fishing trip just to have a fish dinner!! Anybody going today at sac or lil sac please report if any success, thanks!!

I would guess it would be a couple weeks before the fishing action really turns on much. Stockton just got done being frozen completely over not long ago. Good luck to those who go and I hope I'm proven wrong.
