Cow Creek & Old 86 Boat Ramp's?

The Cow creek and old 86 ramp's =,are they in good shape and are there any problems putting in at these two ramps? Is there a charge? Do they have a dock ? Thanks for any input!

Cow creek is a good ramp. There is a fee and there is a dock available.
