skeeter Posted December 23, 2006 Posted December 23, 2006 Merry CHRISTmas to all you master anglers on the site. Can't say that I post much as most of you lucky guys are locals and I'm just a part-timer with a place on TR that has eaten up my time in the area the last seven months repairing hail damage. Used to be a trouter but have to admit my first love is top-water bass fishin' ( kind of like you dry fly specialists, you know what I mean ). Thoroughly enjoy the camaraderie you fellows have going on this site and the good-natured give and take. Best wishes to all for a happy and safe holiday season and am looking forward to your continuing posts and outstanding information. Thanks much to all and keep your hooks sharp !
Rusty Posted December 23, 2006 Posted December 23, 2006 And too you as well, skeeter. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Bass fishen was my first love also, but I sold my Ranger Bass boat last year and have been wadeing and bank fishing since, and have had a blast especially down on Taney after them Trout.I have learned alot from the Forum and I appreciate all the info you all post on here. May 2007 be a great year!! TL
Kansas Fly Fisher Posted December 23, 2006 Posted December 23, 2006 And to all . . . a good night! Merry CHRISTmas all! Hope the holidays are as good as you want and that next year even better. John Born to Fish, Forced to Work KSMEDIC.COM
Danoinark Posted December 23, 2006 Posted December 23, 2006 May we all receive the blessings of Christmasl and the Joy of the season's real meaning. Merry Christmas OAF'ers. Dano Glass Has Class "from the laid back lane in the Arkansas Ozarks"
Thom Posted December 23, 2006 Posted December 23, 2006 Merry Christmas to all. Hopefully each of us as we enjoy the blessings of Christmas we can find time to remember others less fortunate by sending something to a food pantry, or shelter etc. I recently saw a picture of a soldier in Iraq who had made a makeshift worship area with cardboard on the muddy ground with a cross in the middle and an American flag on either side. Let's say a prayer for safety for him and the other patriots that are defending our priveledge of having that Merry Christmas and a prayer of thanks to our God that we live in this great America. LostMyWife Posted December 24, 2006 Posted December 24, 2006 Well Guys it's Chirstmas Eve. The kids are all home safe and sound. The shopping is done. Amazingly enough the packages are all wrapped. (First time in 25 years that has happened). In a few hours my entire family will bear down on my home and all of this peace and quiet will be gone. And it will be great. But for now, Robbie is baking like crazy, I have a fire in the fireplace, a hot cup of coffee and my dalmation is laying next to me. Life is good. I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, and tell you all how much I have enjoyed all of your company for the past 6 weeks. I still find it hard to believe that I ran across you guys because Kory told Phil about some guy that lost his wife on the river. I hope you all have a great holiday and I am looking foward to meeting many of you on New Years weeekend. If you see a Ford 500 on the lot with our OAF bumper sticker in the window, be sure to say hi. My prayers go out to all, especilly Dano, Terry and Phil and his faimly as they travel home. Merry Christmas LMW and LadyLMW Yes, I'm That Guy
