Hickory Creek Spring Clean Up

It's that time of the year again. The Stream Team is holding it's annual spring clean up of Hickory Creek. Gosh, I think this is our 7th annual one now. We will meet over by the ball fields at the pavilion closest to the walk over bridge on the creek. We will start at noon and try to cover at least the area from the low water bridge up to the bridge where the old helicopter is. If we have a large enough turn out we will go further downstream to the next bridge. Bring yourself and a friend and we will provide trash bags, gloves, and some kind of refreshments. Dress accordingly as well and if you have waders and want to get into the stream that will be ok too. There always seems to be enough trash on this stretch to keep us busy, so be prepared. Oh yeah, that is this Saturday the 12th and if the weather is too bad we will try and reschedule another date. Hope to see everyone there or least those of you that have used or fished this stream.
