Couple Wobble Head Questions

Coming down to Shell Knob this weekend and was going to try the wobble head. Are there still a decent amount of fish being caught on it or are fish starting to transition to other baits? 2nd - Do you fish it more like a football jig or is it more of a steady retreive bouncing the bottom every now and again?

Lastly - what size head do you recommend and is there one specific plastic that BPS sells that you all recommend? (looking at all the diff plastics can just overwhelm you sometimes)
