Recent C&R reports ?

I will be heading to Bennett Sunday morning (12/31). There have been no recent reports.

How has the fishing been?

Any hatches?

Many people at the park?

I was at Bennett several weeks ago. There were a ton of fish in the river. Ended up catching around 50. Almost all on sz 18-20 midges, black and white. A few on dries. Only a couple of decent fish though. There also weren't very many people.

Sorry that I wasn't able to give you a report before you left. But, I was down there on Friday. My wife gave me a green light so what the heck. I finally made it home last night.

Friday I caught 30 or so using various midges, green, pemrose, red and white. Plus an occasional streamer.

Saturday it was tougher with rain, plus I was trying some other things, dry's and crackles.

Sunday better day, worked places I don't normally fish.

Yesterday I caught 50 or so on a streamer pattern.

All in all it was a great trip. Yesterday was the best though. Very few people were there.
