Wayne SW/MO Posted July 24, 2014 Posted July 24, 2014 Until I get bored. If you don't have an alternative that is the only rule. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
Plastic_worm Posted July 24, 2014 Posted July 24, 2014 My method in a boat. 2 rods set in quarters...1 off the bow and 1 off the port...I start on a main lake point. After 10 min I switch to stern and starboard. After 20 min I use my TM to move about 100-150yds off the point, to deeper water or in to the middle of a cove or something. I rig 1 line with liver and the other with live bait. After 2 moves I relocate to a completely new area. After a few hours I go home. Off the bank, take a cooler full of cold drinks and wait'em out! I find that if I wait longer then 20 min I catch gar YT - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5T_lKUH3gVkxSraJWUVzoQ FB - https://www.facebook.com/looknfishy Blog - http://looknfishy.blogspot.com/ IG - https://www.instagram.com/looknfishy/
Members DLM84 Posted August 11, 2014 Members Posted August 11, 2014 I wait until I can convince the boat "Captain" to move on. If on land we stake out the best spot we can find and sit on it until I got to go home.
