Hello everyone,

I hope that all of you had a Happy New Year.

On January 25th at 7pm here at Backcountry Outfitters in the Fremont shopping center Springfield Mo., we will have another seminar, this time we will be talking about streamer fishing Taneycomo. It is free, so mark it on your calendar.

Some of the topics that we will cover are:

what are streamers

fly lines to use

rods to use

fishing streamers while the water is on or off

I hope that everyone will be able to make it.

Hello all

At this time I am going to have to reschedule the the Streamer fishing Seminar I will probably have it the first Thursday in February. I hope that has not inconvenienced everyone.

I hope that everyone is coming through the ice storm strong, I just got power back in the store today but I have no Internet so I'm on the net at a friends place. I hope that our house will be powered up by the first of February. The power company said that it could be 3 weeks and that was from today.

Michael the seminar sounds great. Count me in.

I'm sorry about your home power situation. Tina and I are in the same boat. No power since Sat. Friends and family have been gracious though so we are warm and OK. I hope you and your family are too.
