Hello from mid-TN, i was introduced to this forum from a user today visiting the flyshop that i manage in Nashville. We had a great discussion on the Taney & White Rivers as well as the Norfork & Lil Red. I'll let him come forward & take the blame for introducing me to this site or he may wish to keep it a secret to keep ya'll from inserting bamboo shutes up his toe nails hehehe.

I've met some fine folks whilst fishing the Arkansas tailwaters & proud to call many of them true friends, as well as some other's on another site.

Man this site is loaded with stuff, hope i don't get caught goofing off whilst trying to take it all in :D

If you ever find yourself headed to mid-TN, give me a shout, i'll lie to ya & tell ya we have big fish to ;)

Hi Grumpy. How ya doing. I lived in KY for a few years. I used to trout fish on a river on the KY/TN state line. I can't recall the name of it right now. There were a lot of rainbow in there but not a lot of big ones. I used to watch people fish for them on the lake. They were about all using heavy rigs and downriggers. I always figured there must be some really big trout in that lake.

Speaking of big fish in TN there was a record Blue Cat caught while I lived there. Weighed 121 lbs if I recall correctly.

I would rather be fishin'.
