I used to rent a campsite from Cozy Acres occasionally to access the river in that area. Is this campsite still open? I am coming down Nov 7-10 and it looks like fishing is closed at that time. I found an email address and and sent an inquiry but haven't heard anything back (I've always had responses in the past)

A friend of mine used to have a site they rented there yearly. Last I knew after the big flood that washed out the camp ground along with a few of the campers was closed down. The owners walked away from it and the property went up for auction. I go by there a lot and I know whoever owns it has filled the pool and installed gates and posted signs .I had heard that the guy next door in the cabin hat I guess owned it at one time ad bought it and is closed to the public. That's just hear say . I do know I've never seen people there camping sense the flood. I will say though that awhile back I stopped on the bridge just about a mile up from the campground and seen several rainbows. Maybe they had just dumpted a load in not sure but sense the water has reallydropped but sense the rain we got this week maybe its looking better.
