Members river rat Posted January 11, 2007 Members Posted January 11, 2007 i was wondering what the best charger out there for a 24 v system and where the best place to buy one is .
Dutch Posted January 11, 2007 Posted January 11, 2007 There are lots of good units out there. Bass Pro, Marine Repair Center in Springfield, the shop I think it is called Tackle box or something like that in Nixa Any of those should be able to fix you up. Just get a 3 bank charger of 10 or 15 amps and you should be fine.
Members lakebumb Posted January 13, 2007 Members Posted January 13, 2007 Pro Mariner makes a great charger. It will provide a complete charge with as low as 90 volts at the power supply. Low voltage is normal on boat docks or at the end of long extension cords. So if you spend much time traveling or tournament fishing its a great charger. BPS carries them. Definately get the 3 bank one. Its nice to always know that your starting battery is fully charged.
