The Big Ones Must Be Hungry!

I was down on Taneycomo chasing trout this weekend when I should of been back home chasing smallies! My buddy had a 19" and 21.5" caught out of his boat on Saturday. He went back out today and another one right at 20" was boated. Sure wish I had time to get out after them this week.

Yeah we caught a bunch on the Meramnec Saturday\Sunday but nothing that big. Think we had five that were between 15" to 18". but we were talking to two guys in a canoe that had already caught an 18.5 and a 20". and he showed me the pics to prove it. all were let go.

If was tough fishing and even running the boat on Sunday with all the leafs in the water. Saturday was not as bad. I got most of my best fish on a spinnerbait like usual.
