Members Tommy Neil Posted November 15, 2014 Members Posted November 15, 2014 WoW the creek is loaded with trout. I mean loaded
Buzz Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 That's what I heard. It will have to wait until next weekend for me. If fishing was easy it would be called catching.
Members Grovefire Posted November 16, 2014 Members Posted November 16, 2014 There's a few of em in there!
chub minnow Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 I'll be down there on Turkey day to try my luck. How's the water level after the rain?
ollie Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Water level is down. Rain really didn't help it. Buzz and I caught a few of them yesterday, but they are getting schooled quickly! "you can always beat the keeper, but you can never beat the post" There are only three things in life that are certain : death, taxes, and the wind blowing at Capps Creek!
chub minnow Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 Hit Hickory on Thanksgiving afternoon and this morning. Caught and released about 15, mainly on a red and black zebra midge under a pink San Juan worm. Caught a few bigger ones on the San Juan.
