Four Days...three Rivers And A Cooler Full Of Mexican Beer

Spent some time down in the White River area this past week with a few buddies , we were down in Cotter to attend Dally's Streamer Lovefest on Saturday night and hopefully stick a few streamer fish ourselves. The water flows just didn't cooperate with us for what we wanted to do unfortunately , but we made the most of what we had and fished several different waters in the area trying to find a good bite. We never stuck that real big brown that everyone hopes for when they hit the White but we had a couple of days of pretty good fishing.

The Streamer Lovefest was a great event , I saw at least a couple guys from here there that night and I'm sure there were several more that I didn't know. It's hard to beat a flyshop full of guys tying and sharing secrets about the game of streamer fishing. Add a whole smoked hog and some cold beer to the above scenario and it just can't get much better!
