Mofloatjunkie Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 I went to a crappie fishing seminar at bass pro this evening presented by Wally Marshall. Learned a lot of new presentations and different ways to approach pre spawn crappie. As soon as I get a few days off I will be out there!
Members TheBeardedTay Posted February 7, 2015 Members Posted February 7, 2015 I was at Southwoods access on Lake Springfield/James River this afternoon. Saw a few 14 inch LMB, and few small crappie. Had a couple of bites but a real tough crowd today. The wind wasn't too bad but I don't believe the water temp was elevated enough to charge em up. Good luck! "Fishing is much more than fish. Aggressor1988long Posted February 9, 2015 Author Posted February 9, 2015 Wish I would have known about the crappie seminar.
Members crappiekayaker Posted February 9, 2015 Members Posted February 9, 2015 I went out yesterday morning to Fellows and caught 5. Only 2 were big enough to keep, I gave them to another guy fishing. I was able to finally catch a Fellow’s lake walleye. Aggressor1988long 1
