The announcement brought cheers from those gathered at the auction, which was conducted by the Internal Revenue Service after the former owners failed to pay taxes for several years, but a perceived lack of movement by Gibson had many wondering when, or if, they would ever be allowed back on the property where they have their campers and mobile homes.
