bologna Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 I did ok last year bouncing a white road runner down the middle of the river on the bottom drifting in my canoe.
trythisonemv Posted March 20, 2015 Author Posted March 20, 2015 I've always had luck in canoe but didn't get to take it last year. I usually use a road runner or rooster tail in white or white and Chartreuse. Purple grub worked goo in 2012. Hope they are up Monday after the 70 degree weekend.

bologna Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 That's a bummer to hear. Were you fishing from shore or by boat?
trythisonemv Posted March 20, 2015 Author Posted March 20, 2015 How early did you get down there? I'm going Monday early early to try and get somewhere with them.
trythisonemv Posted March 20, 2015 Author Posted March 20, 2015 Maybe take fly rod and wade down from taylor.
