Members ZACKRO Posted January 22, 2007 Members Posted January 22, 2007 Who do I call to find out if the water is running on the lower illinois? Also are the fish biting year around like on a very cold day in february and are there any secrets anyone wants to share about catching trout in the winter.

Minimum flow is around 100-150 cfs. The fish will bite on the coldest days. The real secret to catching them is finding them. Steve
