3-17-15 Few hours in Morning, Few in the afternoon

Was able to get out in the morning for 2 hours, caught one keeper smallie and a keeper eye, went back out for a couple of hours in the afternoon and was able to catch another keeper smallie a nice eye and a nice 5.5lb Largemouth. All on slow rolled swim baits.

I'd say that was a great day considering a few hours invested. Some folks haven't been getting a single bite lately.

And those folks are likely fishing the upper end of the lake. Tough fishing up river the past week or so with the influx of mud and debris. The positive fish reports (for eyes and bass) are coming from the lower half of the lake it seems.
